Uncontested Divorce - This is the preferable way to end a matrimonial relationship. The parties sit down with an attorney and agree on how they will go on with their lives. Court appearances, judges, and other lawyers are not involved in this process. We assist the client on making their divorce agreement legally binding and final.
Contested Divorce - In many cases, divorcing couples absolutely cannot agree and are unable to resolve the divorce by mutual agreement. In such an instance, preparations for a court hearing or trial must be made.
